Nous tenons ici \u00e0 remercier toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans ce magnifique projet et la bonne collaboration. Les choses avancent \u00e0 Duisbourg. Avec \u00ab\u00a0Smart-City\u00a0\u00bb, Duisbourg mise de plus en plus sur les m\u00e9thodes num\u00e9riques pour la planification, la construction et l&rsquo;exploitation de b\u00e2timents de tous types pour une gestion immobili\u00e8re durable. Le \u00ab\u00a0BIM\u00a0\u00bb sera notamment utilis\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9alisation de projets de construction, tandis que le \u00ab\u00a0CAFM\u00a0\u00bb est pertinent pour l&rsquo;exploitation et la gestion des b\u00e2timents.Comme base pour les mesures de construction \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole primaire Mozartstra\u00dfe et pour le CAFM, nos mod\u00e9lisateurs ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le de b\u00e2timent 3D dans ALLPLAN 2020, conform\u00e9ment au cahier des charges CAO en LOD\/LOI 300, sur la base des donn\u00e9es saisies. Actuellement, nous sommes en train de pr\u00e9parer la prochaine\u00a0 ; mod\u00e9lisation 3D du gymnase.<\/p>\n<p>Une marque forte. Une \u00e9quipe forte.
